The Latest International Charter News From Fraser Yachts

    MONACO, July 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Two very distinctive charter yachts were added to the Fraser Yachts central agency charter listings in May: M/Y GLOBAL and S/Y SOLLEONE. Last month also welcomed special announcements regarding two popular vessels in the luxury yacht brokerage's charter fleet: S/Y VICTORIA and M/Y HELIAD II.

One of the most versatile and unique yachts on the market today, M/Y GLOBAL is a 67.05m explorer vessel for charter. Combining luxury and utility, the yacht can serve as a private yacht or shadow vessel for Bahamas yacht charters. Built in 1982 at Shadow Marine, the yacht underwent a full refit in 2007 and can accommodate 12 guests across six well-appointed staterooms. Other special features include a helipad, Jacuzzi and elevator. Not available to charter to US residents whilst in US waters, her summer rates start at USD 150,000 per week. S/Y SOLLEONE is a 35.20m sailing yacht for charter, built in 2015 at Nautor's Swan. A majestic sight on the ocean, thanks to her classic white and blue exterior with a plumb bow and wide stern, the yacht can accommodate 10 guests in four staterooms, including a spacious Owner's stateroom aft. Her interiors are classic and elegant, ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for all on board. She is available to charter in the Western Mediterranean. Summer rates start at EUR 95,000 per week, while winter rates start at EUR 80,000 per week.

Captain Greg Butler-Davis has recently taken the helm of the classic 43.44m Perini Navi yacht for charter, S/Y VICTORIA. He brings to the yacht extensive experience on both motor and sailing yachts and has completed over 130,000 miles at sea since becoming a yacht skipper in 1988. Now in charge of S/Y VICTORIA, he is looking forward to welcoming guests onto this beautiful yacht, which was built in 2004, with a full refit in 2014. With the capacity to accommodate 10 guests in five staterooms, she is a wonderful charter yacht for guests looking to cruise the Western Mediterranean this summer, with weekly rates starting at EUR 90,000 per week.

The Genoa Charter Show 2016 was held at the start of May and saw success for one of the most popular yachts in Fraser Yachts yacht charter fleet, M/Y HELIAD II, with the crew gaining recognition in two of the prestigious competitions. Chef Nicholas Bernat won 2nd place in the chef's competition and chief stewardess Jennifer Brecheteav also won 2nd Place for table scaping and service.
