Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Lynn V. Amicucci as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

    ROCHESTER, MA, July 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lynn V. Amicucci, President and Founder of Vernace Designs, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Lynn V. Amicucci will be featured in Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

Breaking into entrepreneurship while still in college, Lynn V. Amicucci first owned a housecleaning business, Cleaning...With a Personal Touch. Overseeing five employees while pursuing her degree, she knew it was a field she would love to pursue in the future because cleaning and organizing were two aspects of her life that she thoroughly enjoyed.

Years later, in 2002, after marrying and raising her two sons, Amicucci again took the plunge by opening up a second business that focused in on strengths that she had developed over the years in interior design, home staging, and organizing.

"As President and Founder of Vernace Designs for the past 14 years, I've been creating unique spaces for homeowners and investors alike, either to help organize their lives or prepare them for sale," Amicucci said. "It's my job to create harmonious spaces for my clients and it is something I absolutely love to do."

Whether Amicucci is working with a client who wants to decorate their space, someone who wishes to sell their property, or a parent who desires to get their family's life more organized, she will first sit down with them to evaluate their unique situation before coming up with a solution that will work.

"Many of the homes I stage are, in fact, for real estate investors," Amicucci added. "But I also have experience working with people who suffer from hoarding issues, so confidentiality and a level of sensitivity is very important in my role. Each client I work with is different from the next and I value the level of trust they put in me."

Juggling many different tasks to meet client needs and deadlines, much of Amicucci's ongoing and additional referral business depends on her strong work ethic and ability to meet demanding deadlines. Overseeing every aspect of her business, from creative design to sales and marketing, she will call on her family when necessary for staging, IT, and bookkeeping needs.

Amicucci has been a member of National Association of Professional Organizers for many years. She is also a corporate sponsor of the House Flipping School Meetup, a Real Estate Investors group, member of the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Cod Canal and is currently serving as President of a local chapter of Business Networking International where she focuses on helping small businesses become more successful.

In addition to having earned her AS in Mathematics/Science from Westchester Community College, Amicucci has an extensive amount of credits towards her bachelor's degree and has studied at New England School of Feng Shui. She also holds a Graceful Lifestyle Staging Certificate.
