DULUTH, GA, July 30, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michelle Esparza, National Sales Director for OS National LLC, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Michelle Esparza will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016/2017.
For the past 23 years, Michelle Esparza dedicated her career to working for Stewart Title, a global real estate services company, most recently serving as their Director of Lender Services with their Enterprise Revenue group. Primarily responsible for acquiring and growing quality lender relationships across multiple business lines, Esparza joined OS National LLC as their National Sales Executive in July 2016. Esparza is responsible for the firm's mission to offer title and settlement services on a national basis with a high-touch, boutique service model.
"This is a new and exciting time for both OS National and myself as I have joined a team of incredibly talented and motivated professionals who are truly customer oriented," Esparza said with enthusiasm. "I look forward to hitting the ground running."
Prior to spending more than two decades with Stewart Title, Esparza worked in banking for eight years. After being recruited by the real estate organization in 1993, she began to grow both professionally and personally within the title and settlement industry. Today, she is able to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role with OS National LLC. She credits her tenacity to her success in the industry.
"I've always been a strong advocate for the customer," she noted about why she feels she's been so fortunate in the industry. "This extends beyond the typical customer experience that you hear so much about today. Key relationships go much deeper and wider and include helping them beyond the scope of a business transaction. It's about what I can do for them and how I can add value to the relationship."
Active as a member of Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, National Association of Professional Women, and National Association of Female Executives, Esparza is equally involved in making El Paso, Texas a no-kill city for animals by trapping and releasing feral cats after first taking them to the veterinary clinic to be spayed or neutered and get rabies and other necessary shots. She also shows supports in saving the Castner Range Mountains in El Paso.
Esparza holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Banking from Palo Alto Community College. She is Certified in Management through American Management Association, holds a Certificate of Completion through MBA's Loan Origination University, and holds a Certificate of Completion in Statistics through the University of Texas at El Paso.
