Government of Sierra Leone Elected Chair of the FreeBalance International Steering Committee (FISC)

    OTTAWA, ON, August 13, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- FreeBalance, a leading vendor of Government Resource Planning (GRP) solutions, is pleased to announce that the Government of Sierra Leone has been elected chair of the FreeBalance International Steering Committee (FISC). Mr. Kebbe Kouroma, Accountant General, will serve as Chair on behalf of the Government of Sierra Leone for a one-year term.

The Government of Sierra Leone was elected by a group of government officials from 12 countries during the 10th annual meeting of FISC in Managua, Nicaragua. "It is an honour to represent the Government of Sierra Leone as Chair of the FreeBalance International Steering Committee," said Kouroma. "The FISC provides a unique opportunity for FreeBalance customers from around the world to have a direct impact on the technology that will affect good governance, accountability and transparency in their countries."

The FISC provides an interactive forum for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences among FreeBalance customers.
