BREMEN, GA, August 18, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mill Town Music Hall is excited to host a Country Family Reunion show on Thursday, September. 22 at 7:30 pm EST. The show brings the popular television series on RFD-TV to life. Country Family Reunion features groups of legendary country musicians from the past and present who share their music and stories. Country Music Hall of Fame member Bill Anderson has been hosting Country Family Reunion since 1997. Anderson will provide entertainment along with country musicians TG Sheppard, Jeannie Seely and Johnny Counterfit. Opening the concert will be Georgia native Katie Deal. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on wholesome, family-friendly music and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).
In addition to being a television host, Anderson is one of the most awarded songwriters in the history of country music. Also known as "Whispering Bill," Anderson has released more than 40 studio albums. Seven of his songs reached No. 1 on the country charts, which includes Mama Sang a Song and Still. Among his numerous awards, he has received the "Songwriter of the Year", "Male Vocalist of the Year" and induction into the Nashville Country Music Hall of Fame.
TG Sheppard recorded two Number One hit songs, Devil in the Bottle and Tryin' to Beat the Morning Home, in 1975. He followed up that success with 10 Number One songs. Jeannie Seely is best known for her Grammy award-winning country hit, Don't Touch Me. Johnny Counterfit is best known for his impressions of traditional country and pop singers, as well as Hollywood legends. Performing on television, radio and live concert stages, Counterfit recreates each legendary star with astonishing accuracy.
