"I earned a degree in nursing in 1990, and because there was such a shortage at that time, I actually had my first job three months before graduating," Anthony noted. "I spent just over a year in hospital nursing, but quickly realized it wasn't really a match for me. I applied for a job to become a workers' compensation case manager, and after the first interview I was hired. I've never looked back."

In 2014, Anthony was named to the 2014 Brava Top Women CEO category by Smart CEO Magazine. She holds a BSN from Salisbury State University and is a Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager, and Certified Disability Management Specialist.
