LOS ANGELES, CA, August 31, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Isodrenaline Productions and 1450 Entertainment are teaming up once again, this time tackling the topic of organized crime's influence in American politics in their upcoming mafia movie "Palermo". The movie follows a "family" and their progress through the ranks of high level politics to gain influence and ultimate control.
The movie will once again unite producers Joey Lanai and Rian Bishop, this time with new director Chris Billett at the helm. The film will be shot in around South Bay and will begin production in mid-September.
"It's great that we're in a place now with the companies that we can coordinate in between larger projects, to do these smaller projects that might be considered a bit more provocative. "Palermo" has been in the works for quite sometime now and has generated a lot of interest in the industry. Added to which, the level of talent we've been able to attach to this project has been top shelf."
