With its Talent Push Me Programme, it has assembled a team of top-notch designers who have worked with in-brand houses such as DKNY, Hugo Boss and Tory Burch, designed for famous figures including Taylor Swift, and studied at schools including London College of Fashion, Polimoda and Istituto Europeo di Design.

By bringing together a group of designers from around the world, Dots Dash allows women the chance to choose from an array of beautiful shoes. Visitors to the Dots Dash online store vote for their favourite, giving them an influence over which shoes are eventually made. By sharing their choice, they boost the chances of their favourite designer's shoes going to production, while the top-performing designer will be invited to create a full collection.

Competition for places on the Talent programme was intense. Despite their varied backgrounds, each designer was chosen on the strength of their work and the passion they'd shown towards becoming a designer. The designers were given a simple brief: find the perfect shoe for her.

They returned with widely different interpretations of this. Some shoes were sleek and minimalist whilst others had bold embellishments. Members of both the Talent programme and the Dots Dash team are experts in their field. They use the latest production techniques and source all their leathers and materials from suppliers in Italy and Spain.
