Tyson Macaulay Joins Phirelight Board of Advisors

    OTTAWA, ON, September 07, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Phirelight Security Solutions, recently ranked one of Canada's top 10 cyber security firms, announced Tuesday that security industry veteran Tyson Macaulay has joined its Board of Advisors. Mr. Macaulay's main focus will be helping Phirelight with its international expansion of rapidPHIRE, the company's flagship cyber intelligence platform.

Mr. Macaulay brings extensive project experience spanning all critical infrastructure sectors, and regulatory regimes from many different nations. He has extensive experience in specialized security disciplines such as industrial control, machine-to-machine systems, and the emerging Internet of Things (IoT).

Mr. Macaulay is a frequent industry speaker who has published four books, and over 30 periodical publications. He has several patent applications pending and is actively involved in supporting engineering and security standards through the International Standards Organization (ISO), and the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
