Ms. Talese oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on the financial management and all areas of compliance, including serving as the company's Safety Officer. Ms. Talese most recently has taken on the responsibility of business development which encompasses searching for new clients as well as finding new value added services to add to the companies offerings. Currently she is working on a strategic partnership between VTI and BRD Noise and Vibration Control, a local manufacturer of sound solutions for industrial machinery. The partnership will expand VTI's current services and add a new market share to their business plan. Ms. Talese received the 2015 Construction Woman of the Year award from Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc./Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. She serves on the Chapter's Board of Directors and is the Chair of the ABC OSHA Strategic Partnership for this organization. Ms. Talese is a creative, achievement-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills.

VTI Commercial Carpentry provides both rough and finished carpentry in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction. The company works on both private and public projects in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh Counties.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Talese received an OSHA 30 certification, as well as an MBA in marketing and finance from Dowling College and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ursinus College. In order to remain connected with other industry professionals, she became a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors in 2003. Ms. Schable is currently studying to receive her Construction Health and Safety Technician Certification.
