Charlie Gitto's is an Italian restaurant with a diverse menu and an upscale atmosphere that began in the historic district of St. Louis, known as "The Hill." Since opening in the early 80's they have grown to three restaurants. In addition to the original location on the Hill, they have added locations in Chesterfield, MO and at Hollywood Casino in Maryland Heights, MO.

The next generation at Charlie Gitto's are training hard to learn as much about the business as possible. Recently, Anthony Gitto, son of Charlie Gitto Jr., the founder, made his debut starring in Parade Magazine's new TV show, "What America Eats." It is not known when the show will air, but as soon as the Gitto family gets word, they will publize it.

Suzanne Gitto, Anthony's sister and Charlie's daughter manages the Chesterfield, MO location and is responsible for the front of the restaurant while Anthony is responsible for the back of the restaurant. Anthony is also in charge of CG Products, which packages certain items that are sold at each of their three locations.
