Working together and using Microsoft Power BI and the analytics/statistical software 'R', they are able to interrogate client data to discover what is happening right now and predict what may happen in the future based on customer composition, behaviour, and transactions. The data insights team has generated some useful dashboards and informative visualizations along with predictive models to help drive client's crucial business decisions.

'R' is more than a software package. It is a comprehensive community of computer scientists, statisticians, economists, mathematicians, other researchers and industry leaders that perform data analytics with open-source software. The platform is widely used by analysts and data scientists who need to be able to translate data and into useful information to drive business.

R now effectively integrates with SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and others, a move which has allowed Robert and the team at Objective to efficiently make much better of data within our SQL databases.
