Pardee Homes' Flagstone Wins Architectural Honors at 2016 SoCal Awards

    CORONO, CA, September 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes' Flagstone in Beaumont was the winner of the Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home Under $600,000 at the SoCal Awards, which honor superior achievement in new home sales, marketing and merchandising throughout Southern California. Winners in the 2016 competition were celebrated September 10th at The Grand Ballroom of the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim in a gala presentation attended by more than 600 homebuilding professionals.

SoCal Awards judges commended Flagstone for the comprehensive quality and design distinction it delivers, according to Judging Chair Lisa Parrish of TeamPMP, administrators of the SoCal Awards and judging facilitators. Flagstone's nine-foot to 11-foot ceiling heights, spectacular stacked sliding doors, wraparound porches and outstanding indoor-outdoor livability made for a winning combination.
