Dr. Dale P. Layman Recognized for Excellence in Robotics Technology and Awareness

    JOLIET, IL, September 30, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Honorable Dr. Dale P. Layman, Ph.D. #1, Ph.D. #2, Grand Ph.D. in Medicine, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in robotics technology.

An expert in this regard, Dr. Layman holds a Grand Ph.D. in Medicine from WIDU, a first Ph.D. in health and safety studies from the University of Illinois, a second Ph.D. from the European Academy of Information (EAI) and World Information Distributed University (WIDU) in Brussels, Belgium; a Master of Science in physiology from the Michigan Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in anthropology and zoology, with distinction, from the University of Michigan. He has been an educational specialist in physiology and health science since 1979, and holds a full professorship in the WIDU.

Throughout the course of his career, Dr. Layman has contributed to numerous publications related to his areas of expertise. In 2003, he wrote the Foreword to the book, "Concise Encyclopedia of Robotics," by Stan Gibilisco, published by McGraw-Hill. He is credited with inventing the phrase "Compu-Think," a compound word meaning computer-like modes or ways of human thinking. He has employed "Compu-Think" in writing his demystified books published by McGraw Hill. He has also coined the phrase, psychosomatic technophilia, literally an "abnormal love for technology (that replaces) the body and mind." Through the promotion of Robowatch, Dr. Layman hopes to warn people about the possible impacts of advancements in the fields of computers and robots. In recognition of his commitment to this lifelong mission, Dr. Layman was named Man of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals in 2016. On December 10, 2016, he will be the keynote speaker at the Garden City Hotel in Garden City, NY. As described in the IAOTP Fall Newsletter (October 2016), Dr. Layman's Keynote Speech is entitled "Counter Revolution of Artificial Intelligence, How It Affects Us As Professionals." Finally, Dr. Layman will be featured in their Top 12 Calendar as a 2017 Top Professional of the Year.
