Rogowski has nearly 30 years of experience in patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and counseling, and in intellectual property litigation in federal district courts and appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Labutta focuses her practice in the area of intellectual property, including counseling emerging and established companies regarding trademark, copyright and domain name matters, negotiating and drafting licenses, and representing clients in federal court litigation and administrative proceedings. She recently was named a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" by the Super Lawyers rating program.
