Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Beckie Butcher as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Butcher's cookbook includes 150 recipes that she gathered from friends, family, and co-workers that include both old-fashioned and contemporary suggestions like Mom's Meatloaf, Roast Chicken with Citrus Salsa, Cappucino Pie, and Mom's Cherry Pie, as well as helpful hints, cooking tips, substitutions, cooking terms, food quantities, and a calorie counter. Meanwhile, 'My Battle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome', which was published in March 2012, speaks about Butcher's experience with her serious and misunderstood autoimmune disease.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has deepened Butcher's faith enormously and she is greatly inspired by her ministers who are a constant reminder that no matter how sick she is, her life will forever have meaning.
