Women of Distinction Magazine Selects LaVerne Williams as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

    LAKELAND, FL, October 09, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- LaVerne Williams, Real Estate Entrepreneur and Sr. Managing Member of LaVenture Enterprise, has been recognized with an Excellence Award as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. LaVerne Williams will be featured in an upcoming edition of Women of Edition in 2016/2017.

Diving into the real estate market in 2001 alongside her very savvy and smart business partner, husband, LaVerne Williams and he began by first investing in several single-family homes that first needed rehab work before being resold. Her first three attempts were successful, and she has since decided to invest in apartment buildings in the Florida area, not far from where she lives.

Inspired by her father, who was also a property owner for an apartment building down the street from where Williams grew up, he was someone who believed in making dreams happen and finding a career path that was not only motivating, but rewarding.

"In any industry, you should always do something that you are passionate about," Williams said. "Something you dream about and something that doesn't require that much sacrifice personally. That is what my father taught me a long time ago."

Financial independence was always something Williams fought hard to achieve. And today, by working in real estate, she is one step closer to making her dream and reality. Her brilliant talent of being able to recognize potential in properties, making solid investments, and then selling them for a profit has been nothing short of amazing and she eagerly looks forward to a great future in the business.

Admitting that it wasn't an easy road at first, Williams is glad she stuck with it because it's a passion of hers that gives her great joy when she sees the end results of her labor.

"So much has changed since I first entered into real estate, and I've spent a great deal of time listening in on webinars, going to boot camps, sitting in on conferences hosted by gurus in the market, and educating myself as much as possible," Williams added. "I haven't crossed the finish line yet, but I'm getting really close."
