"The idea is to empower freelance fashion professionals and give them the tools to reach a global audience, while taking geographical limitations out of the equation."
MIAMI, FL, October 17, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- StyleReply, a digital platform that provides users with on-demand personal styling services has officially launched online. With no hidden or recurring fees, clients and stylists connect from the comfort of their own home and discuss personal image, wardrobe cleanup, shopping, outfit composition and more. The company's mission is to disrupt the fashion market by moving personal styling work online and making it accessible everywhere in the world, from wherever the stylist is at the moment.
The idea was developed by an international team of co-founders that include software engineer Marko Vitas, fashion stylist and accessories designer Doris Fatur, and Iva Kosovic, an arts management expert. While Vitas and Fatur live and work in Zagreb, Croatia, Kosovic is based in Miami. Capitalizing on their individual strengths, Vitas oversees the tech features and process optimization, Kosovic handles promotion and brand image, while Fatur focuses on quality assurance when it comes to the stylists who are featured on the platform.
StyleReply is 100% web based, with plans to develop a mobile app. Currently, users can browse the website for a stylist whose esthetic they best identify with, and book services directly through the page. Each stylist sets their own hourly price (which ranges from $80 - $200). The process is easy, convenient, safe and flexible for both parties involved. The growing list of stylists whose services are offered on the platform includes professionals from San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Miami, Toronto, Zagreb, Milan and more.
"I love to travel and the option of working from any location is what inspired me to create StyleReply. The idea is to empower freelance fashion professionals and give them the tools to reach a global audience, and at the same time help customers fine-tune their style while taking geographical limitations out of the equation," says Vitas.
StyleReply seeks to promote responsible consumerism, as opposed to advocating for continuous buying of "fast fashion" goods.
"We provide a product that is 100% personalized. While shopping advice certainly has a firm place in our assortment of services, we do not promote a sale of any particular brand, but rather encourage our customers to capitalize on what they already have in their closets," says Kosovic.
