TeleHealth365 Inc Buys WideState Medicare Tourism

    SAN JOSE, CA, October 18, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- TeleHealth365 today announced that it has acquired WideState Medicare Tourism LLP for an undisclosed amount of cash and stocks. WideState Medicare Tourism is now a division of Telehealth365, Inc operating from India. This will allow TeleHealth365 to enter the medical tourism market which will generate $143.8 billion by 2022, according to Allied Research.

TeleHealth365's secure video solution is being used in the USA and globally. The business is seeing major growth throughout these markets.
