The company is targeting to raise up to US$7,850,000 to launch for the developing of a senior citizens housing complex with 40 - 50 housing in the city of Kuerten / Germany.

The HBK strives to provide and expand affordable housing alternatives to low and moderate income elderly citizens in the city of Kuerten in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany.

This occurs by providing and developing efficient, well-managed communities and associated services that are orchestrated by an immensely talented staff. Fundamental to all HBK activities is its commitment to the ideals of professionalism, community, and value.

We will develop a senior citizens housing complex with 40 - 50 housing units between 60 sqm and 100 sqm living space. Additionally to two shops (1 doctor's office and a nursing service) will be built in this complex.

Furthermore, another 60 underground parking spaces planned, all of which are serviced by a lift. All apartments will be created for the elderly and disabled persons.

The facility is close to the center of Kuerten located (5 minutes to the center), where housing needs exists. Also easy bus (2 minutes walk from the complex) is present. The complex is located just 3 km from the recreation area Dhuenntalsperre away.

HBK purchases the property for the development of the senior housing unit with land development infrastructure costing US$ 2.379/sqm. These properties are then sold for US$ 3.080/sqm.

We are looking to raise a total of US$ 7.850.000 for the development of a senior housing project by Equity Crowd Funding.

Exit Strategy:

The new subdivision will be promoted with P.O.P. signage, and website development. Active participation in the local Chamber of Commerce will build brand recognition for both HBK and the subdivision itself.

Estimated expected profit after selling of the senior housing units will be approximately: US$ 3,282,000 US Dollar.
