Ms. Corsillo became involved in her profession because her husband, who had previously owned the business, passed away and wanted the stores to keep operating. Each day, she is responsible for overseeing six employees, as well as handling all of the accounting, sales and human resources responsibilities. She also hires new staff and works with large accounts, such as snow removal contractors and truck dealers.
