When Beth Livers founded the Sand & Land team she was driving back from Palm Beach Gardens after visiting her mother and listened to the audio tape of the book The Go-Giver, by Bob Burg and John David Mann. When she arrived back at her office she sat in the car to finish the audio as it was so captivating.
