BREA, CA, November 14, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jimmy's Famous American Tavern (JFAT) has announced recent menu additions and an upcoming Thanksgiving Day menu planned for Thursday, 11/24 at all locations. JFAT entered the Orange County market in 2013 with the opening of their Dana Point location, and in April of 2016 opened their second OC spot in Brea. With the unveiling of Brea, JFAT continued their tradition of serving up modern American regional cuisine with an artisanal point of view, and always adding their creative twist to each menu offering.
In celebration of Thanksgiving, JFAT has put together a very special menu with unique appetizers, dinner and dessert offerings. In addition to JFAT's daily favorites being available, they will also be hosting a $24 turkey dinner that includes mashed potatoes, creamed corn, maple-bacon glazed brussels sprouts and cornbread-pine nut stuffing on Thanksgiving Day. JFAT Brea will be open Thanksgiving Day from 11:30am to 7pm with a specially designed holiday menu. In addition, JFAT Brea's current fall menu offers a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Thanksgiving has always been a favorite holiday for JFAT co-founder David Wilhelm, and has recently blogged about his love for the traditional food offerings that pair with this special holiday.
Jimmy's Famous American Tavern has a carefully curated menu of burgers, flatbreads, soups, salads and distinctive shareables, made with only the freshest ingredients. Customer favorites include their buttermilk fried chicken, pear flatbread, cowboy burger, santa fe grilled caesar salad and appetizers like the buffalo meatballs and ale battered onion rings. JFAT Brea also hosts a full bar with mixologist curated cocktails, daily happy hour specials, desserts, to-go menus and a beautiful patio area to relax in after a hard day's work.
Since opening their first San Diego location in 2010, Jimmy's Famous American Tavern has carefully expanded to 4 locations around the Southern California area. JFAT has recently announced their upcoming 5th location in Santa Monica, set for an early 2017 opening.
