Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Judith C. Walker as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

    CALGARY, AB, November 17, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Judith C. Walker, President and Owner of Ultimate Property Management Inc., has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine.
Judith C. Walker was recently featured in a 2014 edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine.

Entering into the field as a Business Caretaker in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 1974, Judith C. Walker then relocated to Fort McMurray, Alberta where she managed furnished trailers and move-outs of terminated employees for Northward Housing (now Syncrude Employee Housing). By 1980, she had moved again, this time to Calgary, and entered in condominium management, a role she held for seven years. Asked to join a property management company as a partner thereafter, it was her first shot at entrepreneurship and she eagerly accepted the challenge. Eventually, the business was sold in in 1994, but Walker remained working for the new owner until 1999. In 2000, she formed Ultimate Property Management Inc. as President and Owner.

Overseeing operations of her condominium management business, as well as training property managers and managing several condominium complexes for more than 16 years now, Walker works diligently to always remain informed and in-the-know of every area of the business. This allow her to better manage her employees and deal with client issues and concerns at the same time.

A former Board Member of Canadian Condominium Institute, Walker is currently active as a member of Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta. A licensed Alberta Real Estate Broker, she also attended William Morton Collegiate in Gladstone, Manitoba and completed the accounting program at Success Commercial College in Winnipeg.
