Next College Student Athlete (NCSA) Recognized on Chicago Tribune 2016 'Top Workplaces' List

    CHICAGO, IL, November 18, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- For its second consecutive year, Next College Student Athlete (NCSA), the largest NCAA-compliant athletic recruiting network that matches student-athletes with college coaches, has been recognized on Chicago Tribune's 2016 list of "Top Workplaces."

"To be recognized on a list of top Chicago-area employers for our second consecutive year is extremely humbling," said NCSA President, Lisa Strasman. "We invest in our company culture to help our employees develop both professionally and personally, and want them to feel proud to be a part of NCSA."

Companies were selected by employee surveys conducted by Workplace Dynamics that measured such key qualities as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. NCSA was recognized in the medium-sized category.

NCSA has various culture initiatives for its employees like its Wellness Credit Reimbursement program where each employee is given $65 to use towards any healthy lifestyle event or product, its Employee Referral Program, which grants employees who refer a new hire up to $2,500, daily catered lunch, reimbursement of $350 for any purchase of a laptop, iPad, or tablet, and company-wide sporting events like its annual Turkey Bowl where more than 100 employees get together for a flag-football tournament.
