"Head chef Pete Bergstrom was an excellent choice given his vast experience in food from around the world. This new partnership expands the catering capabilities of Champaign Catering to include special events, weddings, private events, themed parties, and much more event style services. This also expands our staff capabilities by adding a head chef and assistant chef as well as half a dozen servers and assistants.

There is no additional charge for the private location and it allows for our clients to just show up, have a good time, and enjoy being a host without all the cleanup or headaches.
