Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Bonnie Elizabeth Gordon as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

    SALT LAKE CITY, UT, December 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bonnie Elizabeth Gordon, Director of One World Humanity, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Bonnie Elizabeth Gordon (affectionally known as Grace) was recently featured in Women of Distinction Magazine in 2015 and will soon be featured in an upcoming edition of the Top Health and Wellness.

Relocating to Salt Lake City, Utah from Boston, Massachusetts, Grace, followed her passion and two years later formed One World Humanity, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that promotes equality and all-inclusiveness of the human family, supporting humanitarian causes worldwide. Over the years, the organization has continued to evolve and grow, becoming more and more committed to charitable projects and humanitarian projects in Salt Lake City, India, Costa Rica, Peru, Mexico, Marshall Islands, Conga, Africa, and Brazil to date, in addition to partnering with many local, national, and international organizations. One World Humanity has completed educational projects in a village in Africa, brought supplies needed for a small village in the Marshall Islands, assisted a leprosy organization in India, and has helped orphanages in Costa Rica, Uganda, Haiti, and Brazil.

"The best part of what I do is when I get to travel to these countries in need to deliver necessary services," Grace said. "Servicing the people directly is such a rewarding experience, it's hard to put it into words."

Grace's hard work and dedication over the past 20 years, combined with the tremendous amount of support she's received from individuals in and around the community of Salt Lake City, have greatly contributed to the Center's overall success.

"It's a wonderful feeling to work here at One World Humanity, especially because I know that everyone that is here by my side are here because they want to be," Grace added, noting that everyone that contributes via teaching, counseling, and organizing events do so voluntarily.

Presently, One World Humanity is raising money to bring children home and eradicate human trafficking at their global One World concert LIVE in Salt Lake City on New Year's Day 2017, during their 20th anniversary of their New Year's event. "The event will be an inspiring way to start the new year with a spectacular music ensemble, master singer songwriter John Astin will be there, and I will be speaking as well," Grace said.

Just prior to forming One World Studio, Grace became a licensed Minister through her church. She has also since become a Public Speaker, Author, Life Coach, Hospice Volunteer, Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Shaman, Reiki Master, Theta Healer, Rebirther, and Oneness Trainer. Today, she incorporates much of her background into One World's activities, in addition to offering the many charitable and humanitarian projects. One World currently serves the public by offering yoga classes, coaching and counseling services, enrichment courses, meditation, and spiritual meetings and events. They also hold local events to bring the community closer together, such as camping trips, outings to local hot springs, and concerts.

Grace has created a website for the public to look up local events. The One World Calendar is free for the public to post local, national, and international events. She also created a One World Market Place, an earth friendly, humane, fair trade market place featuring natural products that have never been tested on animals or involved in the exploitation of children, the earth, or anything else; prices will always be at fair market value. Hosting speaking engagements regularly upon request, Grace is a member of Unity of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Center for Spiritual Living, Toastmasters, Oneness University, Reiki International, Yoga Alliance, Clarity Coaching, and Dance of Universal Peace. She has taught many courses throughout the years to include topics on nutrition, parenting, abundance, as well courses on self-love, breath work, and others. She's also an active Coach at Clarity Coaching, teaches yoga and meditation, and is a trainer and blessing giver in the Salt Lake City Deeksha community. As a published Author, she has authored five books: 'You Are the One'; 'Awakening to Who You Truly Are'; 'The Stained Glass Window'; 'A New Story of Creation'; and 'The Grace Diaries'. Grace holds a BS in Psychology from Bridgewater University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, is a jet ski world champion, and ran cross country in the Junior Olympics.
