College Worth it For Entrepreneurs? Asks Ninjja Global Inc.

Does further education prepare people for entrepreneurship? Ninjja Global Inc. investigates with some controversial results.

MIAMI, FL, January 27, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The majority of people all face the same life-changing decision of whether to go to college or not. There are pros and cons to both ends of the argument, and ultimately the outcome is that of the individual in question. Ninjja Global Inc. Marketing Director Simone Suetsugu studied at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga and even went on to do a Masters course, she saw and obtained the benefits of college life and has evidently become hugely successful as a result. Of course, however, there have been a large number of entrepreneurs who did not go to college or dropped out of college and became successful. So what is the best direction to take?

Studies have shown that those with a degree generally go on to earn much more than those who do not, in either employment or on entrepreneurial levels. Of course, this may not be relative to just entrepreneurs but the wider workforce as a whole. However, there is genuine cause and reasoning to why staying in school and applying yourself to more knowledge is highly beneficial.
In college the individual has a far better opportunity to develop the concept of their brand, having more time to research and expand/refine the idea. A professor will express the meaning of time management too, an essential ingredient for success.

In college young entrepreneurs have the opportunity to network and engage with not just other aspiring entrepreneurs but people who may well be beneficial in other industries, opportunities that may not be easily obtainable out in the field straight away. The people an individual meets during their three-four year course will become not just friends but mentors and advisors, which will benefit a company or brand.

Taking the active choice to attend college and apply themselves to a further few years of education may well be a defining factor for an employer who is choosing between two candidates. The one who attended college may seem more determined to learn and enhance their skills, while the latter did not and, resulting in them lacking some vital knowledge.

Ninjja Global Inc. does not require a particular level of education from candidates, and will not rule out potential candidates because of a lack of further education. They do, however, require that the individual is committed and determined and that they will show a real passion for learning and developing their skills, to better refine themselves and the company as a whole. Therefore, Ninjja Global believes that those with further education qualifications will be in a better position than those otherwise.

"If I had to give anyone advice, I would say that what you focus on, you will see in your world. It all depends on YOU." states Simone Suetsugu

Ninjja Global does encourage continuous learning even if it is not a part of college, but an outside course. Simone Suetsugu is a firm believer that motivation and encouragement are what drives her company to success, so she holds motivational meetings that develop life skills and offers lessons to ensure contractors are always improving.

Ninjja Global Inc. focuses on generating personalized, quality outcomes for their clients and their consumers through face-to-face acquisitions and advertising. Their combat strategy gives clients increased market share by improving their customer acquisition rates, saving them time and money.
