New Jersey Remodeling Company Take State Honors

    CHATHAM, NJ, January 27, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- KraftMaster Renovations was awarded top honors in the state of New Jersey for Residential Bath $25,000-$50,000.

This master bathroom was too small for the professional couple. Since another bathroom abutted the existing master bath, 3' of space could be "stolen" from it converting the now smaller bathroom into a powder room. To accommodate the needs of the homeowners, a trough sink was installed into a much larger vanity, increasing usable space and storage. A large, walk-in shower was designed with two separate hand-held shower heads -- one in the wall at the seat for ease of rinsing. The skirted one-piece toilet is easy to clean, as are the glass wall tiles. A 6'-deep custom framed semi-recessed medicine cabinet adds to storage. All projects submitted for judging were an improvement or an addition to an existing structure. New construction projects were not eligible. to be considered for a CotY Award, a company must be a NARI member in good standing. Competing projects were completed between December 1. 2014 and November 30, 2016, and were not submitted in previous NARI National contests.

These projects enhanced or improved the homes in New Jersey. They are recognized for their contribution to the community as well as the industry. Each company must earn enough points for overcoming difficulties on the project, use of innovative construction methods or materials, and meeting the needs and/or desires of the homeowners. judging is on an anonymous basis - and the judging is performed by remodeling contractors who understand the methods used to create the projects.

NARI is a professional association whose members voluntarily subscribe to a strict code of ethics. NARI members outpace the industry norm in sales, production and employees, when compared to professionals represented in the home Improvement Research Institute (HIRI) 2014 Remodeling Study.
