Nanny Magazine Appoints New Editor in Chief

Dunyak, of Bound Brook, NJ, is a nanny with over 15 years' experience. The appointment follows Dunyak's involvement spanning four years in various leadership positions with the publication. "Since Nanny Magazine was first created in 2013, I longed to be a part of it and to help it grow. As a nanny, I felt that it was an important resource for the community, and I am so happy to have been a part of Nanny Magazine's journey for the past four years. I look forward to taking the editorial reins from the preceding Editor in Chief and charting the new direction for the magazine."

Nanny Magazine will celebrate its fourth birthday on April 4, 2017. To celebrate, staff plan to roll out a brand new website experience, and will host a raffle contest to give away a shipment of gourmet "birthday" cupcakes to one lucky winner. "We want to share the sweetness of our success with some birthday cake," says the magazine's owner Jennifer Kuhn of Silver Spring, Maryland.

Dunyak is eager to leave a mark on the often-isolated and underappreciated childcare community through her new appointment. I am also hoping to welcome some new readers as we go into our fourth year," Dunyak said.
