With over twenty-eight years in the field of Information Technologies, Robert Aguirre is recognized for his expertise in Web Services, Storage and Open Systems & Disaster Recovery at American International Group (AIG). As the Team Lead of the Web Services team at AIG, Mr. Aguirre's day-to-day responsibilities include providing internal and external updates to websites, processing all the website releases and application site restarts as required, performing web applications installations, performing team lead functions for the group, handling Service Now queue coordination, email escalations from various Business Units, and group billing functions.

Due to his unwavering dedication, Mr. Aguirre received the 1993 and 1995 Naval Achievement Medals while in the United States Navy, in which he provided service to this country for 10 years, exiting as a First Class Petty Officer. He attributes his success to his persistence and his Naval training including Professor Demings Total Quality Management formal training.

Among his many accomplishments, he is most proud to be a Certified Naval Instructor, a Certified Fiber Optic Technician, Certified NetApp Data Management Administrator, Certified ITIL Foundations, Certified A-School Company Commander, a Certified MCP, and to have had United States Secret Security Clearance. He has completed 90 hours towards a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems and has extensive Business Management education.

Mr. Aguirre maintains affiliations with the following charitable organizations: National Parks Conservation, Plant with Purpose, National Wildlife Federation, Ocean Conservancy, Nature Conservancy, World Wildlife Fund, DAV, American Institute for Cancer Research, Union Gospel Mission, and is a Beta Gamma Sigma Member (Honor Society for Schools of Business).

Looking ahead, Mr. Aguirre hopes to receive a promotion in the company, increase his skill set, and become educated in the field of Management and Web Services.

In his free time, Mr. Aguirre enjoys playing golf, scuba diving, disc golf, bowling, photography, gardening, and coin collecting.
