Christopher Power-Gomez Recognized as a VIP Member of the Year by Worldwide Who's Who

With a successful thirty-five year career as a senior executive in the creative space, Christopher's life was drastically changed on September 30, 2010. As a pedestrian in a crosswalk, he was hit by a bus traveling at more than 30 miles an hour. Thought deceased after finally landing some 40 feet down the road, Mr. Power-Gomez was in a coma for some time. He awoke, family by his side with only fragmented memory of his life. That began a two-year journey to come back to life - having to relearn the basics of life. From walking and talking, to breathing and swallowing, he surprised the medical community with an astounding recovery.

Christopher worked to rebuild his life personally and professionally. Power-Gomez, Inc. was created to manage the family portfolio of businesses, after his forced retirement due to this catastrophic life-changing accident, and sustained injuries including a traumatic brain injury. As president, Mr. Power-Gomez applies his background in business to new business acquisition opportunities, and management of business holdings for Power-Gomez, Inc. Mr. Power-Gomez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Over his three-decade career, he has been given several local, regional and national awards; he attributes his successful career to his passion for brand purity, his family's work ethic, and his unyielding drive for achievement.

Mr. Power-Gomez has held executive creative positions with MGM/UA, Cannon films, and Metromedia Television to name a few, where he developed and led the release of programs for more than 40 major motion pictures. He has also held executive and consulting positions for local, regional and global communications firms. Included were projects for many leading national and international companies, from local and regional to Fortune 500 companies, in a multitude of industries. Looking ahead, Mr. Power-Gomez hopes to continue to grow the family brand and work to maintain the philosophies, quality and work ethic that personifies him and his family.
