Once you have all of the relevant information, it allows you to take action, have the right conversations and put strategies in place, based on facts rather than emotions," explained Mr. Martin.

The objective of the conference was to provide those in attendance with expert advice to allow them to expand their knowledge and skill-set and accelerate their progress within the marketing and sales industry. Mr. Martin oversees multiple office locations and he firmly believes that there is no great difference between successfully running one small business or a large organization. "For me, It's not about running one great office, it's about putting systems in place and being able to replicate those to run a multi-million dollar organization. My goal this past weekend was to pass on my advice and guidance specifically in this matter," commented Mr. Martin.

The Business Owners Summit was Mr. Martin's first speaking engagement of the year and he hopes to add many other events to his calendar. "One of my greatest passions is helping others.
