Element is normally closed on Sundays and does not serve brunch but is offering a specially crafted menu for the public in celebration of the Easter holiday.
Selections include Challah French toast with bananas, nuts, and a side of melons; eggs Benedict with braised pork cheek, biscuit, poached eggs, spinach, and Hollandaise; Cast Iron Smashed Burger with caramelized onion, avocado, fried egg, and home fries, and more.
"We usually aren't open for brunch, so this is an exciting opportunity for us to add our own creative twist to some brunch classics," said Tudor Seserman, Executive Chef at Element Restaurant & Lounge. "We enjoy taking comfort food and adding a little something unexpected. We put a lot of detail into this menu to reflect that."
