Powers Resource Center CEO Chosen as Keynote Speaker for Women Leaders in Gaming Summit

    BOULDER, CO, April 18, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Powers Resource Center, a Boulder-based woman-owned leading talent development and leadership training company, is proud to announce that its CEO, Tara Powers, has been chosen as the keynote speaker for the Women Leaders in Gaming Summit next month near Des Moines Iowa.

The event, which is sponsored by the Iowa Gaming Association (IGA), is designed to support the rising numbers of women in leadership roles in the gaming industry. It is the 4th year of the event.

According to the IGA, women make up 53.5 percent of the total gaming workforce and 40.3 percent of supervisor/managers. Women hold 30.3 percent of the senior/executive level positions in gaming, far above the national average for all industries.
