LITTLE ROCK, AR, April 27, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ARMI Inc. has noticed a growing trend among young professionals, and it is raising serious concerns - the art of giving up. In today's world, too many people are giving in too quickly when reaching for improvement. Whether it be in their professional or personal lives, it seems that it has become acceptable for people to throw in the towel when things get a little difficult.

ARMI Inc. has looked into this issue further and discovered research by the University of Scranton, which outlined that 92 percent of people who set themselves goals never achieve them. Furthermore, only 44.8 percent of those surveyed pursued their goals for longer than six months.
In light of these findings, ARMI Inc. wants to promote that no matter how difficult a goal may seem, it is always worth pursuing. Too many people give up because they feel they aren't good enough, or that they are not making progress fast enough, however, for ARMI Inc. this is simply part of the natural process of improvement. 'Every expert was once a novice in their chosen field; it is only through persistence, hard work and a positive attitude that they have been able to rise through the ranks and become notable within their industries' states Reagan Myers, CEO of ARMI Inc.
Getting over this first hurdle is vital within sales and marketing, and is often the primary cause of failure within the industry. 'It is well known in sales especially, that 80% of sales are made by just 8% of the sales community. 44% of sales people give up after one "no", they decide it's too hard to persevere. This isn't the case; it just means that they are not taking the right approach, maybe they're not offering customers enough support or sharing the right information. Not giving up is the only way to figure out what's not working and begin on the road to improvement' states Mr Myers.
Reagan Myers is on a mission to transform how professionals, especially those within the sales and marketing industry approach challenges to help them accomplish their goals. The CEO has been holding regular meetings with the firm's young workforce to help them understand that it's okay not to be great at something from the beginning and that the root to success is perseverance and investment in continual learning. The firm supports their workforce in this learning process by offering one on one mentorship, weekly skill workshops and regular opportunities to travel and learn from national sales and marketing entrepreneurs.
