The success of the first Top Gun event and the positive feedback Mr. Martin received from employees was the reason Florida Business Consulting were keen to attend a follow-up event.

This past week CEO Eric Martin, along with two of the companies rising stars, travelled to Chicago for the event. Sales and marketing professionals from all over the US made their way to Austin to attend the eagerly anticipated Top Gun event.

Held over April 20th to 23rd, there were a mixture of educational and recreational activities taking place. The primary objective for the engagement was to help those in attendance develop their knowledge, in addition to building skill sets and seeing an overall progression within their business development.

Topics on the agenda for day one included coaching and training, leadership development, critical conversations, the power of planning, setting the pace, team leadership, developing business knowledge and 'what It takes to become a business owner'. After the seminar was over, attendees had the opportunity to mingle and forge new connections to add to their network.

After the formalities had been completed, attendees spent the day at Stunt Ranch where they enjoyed plenty of fun activities including zorbing, zip lining and tug of war, followed up with a relaxed evening at a sports bar that had been booked out especially for the Top Gun attendees.
