Responsive Health Announces Strategic Partnership with Click Therapeutics

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, cigarette smoking is the leading cause of preventable death, attributing to more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States. The CDC also reports that 70 percent of American smokers want to quit, but that only six percent of those who tried to quit without the help of medicine or counseling were successful.

During Clickotine's eight-week clinical trial, nearly half of the participants had stopped smoking by the end of the study. After following up at the six-month mark with smokers who participated in the clinical trial, more than a third of participants had completely quit smoking for at least 30 days.
