Thermoformed Plastic Pallets

WeePallet has adopted thermoforming alongside injection and blow molding manufacturing processes. The thermoformed plastic pallets come in a wide range of shapes, sizes and designs; depending on the specific applications.

Thermoformed plastic pallets are available in both standard and custom sizes; with the dynamic load ranging from 500 kg to 5000 kg, static load from 600kg to 4000 kg while the shelf load is 500kg to 1000kg.

WeePallet has adopted thermoforming to produce cost competitive plastic pallets. This is because thermoformed plastic pallets are affordable compared to the injection molding.

They are waterproof, wear resistant and impact resistant. At the moment, WeePallet has 4 distinct types of thermoformed plastic pallets and they include: Double sided, picture frame, nine legs and three runner plastic pallets.

These plastic pallets may include heavy duty, euro, shipping or storage plastic pallets.

For heavy duty applications, WeePallet has adopted twin-sheet thermoforming process. These plastic pallets are strong and show no signs of damage when hit by a forklift.

Drum Plastic Pallets

WeePallet has introduced drum plastic pallets made from 100% HDPE materials. These plastic pallets come in a wide range of shapes and designs, however; they are unique due to the recessed rings on the surface.

The number of recessed rings is dip enough to hold the drums securely during shipping. Alternately, depending on the depth of the recessed rings, drum plastic pallet prevents spillage of liquid during shipping.

The number of recessed rings will determine the drums a plastic pallet can hold. WeePallet drum plastic pallets have 4 or 2 recessed rings.

Like the thermoformed plastic pallets, drum plastic pallets are available in double sided, picture frame, nine legs and three runner designs.

In both the drum and thermoformed plastic pallets, there are the 4-way and 2-way forklift entry points. They are available in both standard and custom designs with varying dynamic weight (500 to 5000 kg), static weight (600 to 4000 kg) and shelf weight of 500 to 1000 kg.
