Mitchell Metals Awarded New Vidalia City High School Extruded Aluminum Canopy Job

    ATLANTA, GA, June 27, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mitchell Metals has been chosen to fabricate and install the aluminum covered walkways and metal door canopies at the New Vidalia City High School in Vidalia, GA. Mitchell Metals will be working directly with TQ Constructors from Metter, GA who is the general contractor for the job and the Architect SP Design Group out of Macon, GA.

The canopies will consist of one legged bent canopies connecting the old school and the new school along with the bus canopy. "We will also be installing standard walkway covers connecting the school wings. This is a large job that will take a lot of coordination between Mitchell Metals and TQ Constructors, but we look forward to the challenge," said Bob Abrams, Managing Director with Mitchell Metals.

This is not the first time the two have worked together. Mitchell Metals and TQ Constructors have collaborated on many projects prior to the Vidalia City High School contract.
