Gray Wolf Craft Distilling Releases Timber Gin

    SAINT MICHAELS, MD, July 01, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gray Wolf Craft Distilling is proud to announce the newest addition to its spirit line, Timber Sassafras Finished Gin.

Gray Wolf Craft Distilling expands its trade, with gin, eight months after launching its premier spirit, Lone Single Malt Vodka. Following the accolades of Lone, Timber Gin reaffirms the distilling team's commitment to authenticity and passion for creativity.

Like Lone, Timber is made from scratch using one hundred percent malted barley. It is mashed, fermented, distilled and bottled by hand. Distilled with Juniper berries, citrus peels, cardamom, peppercorn, elderflower, rose hips and hibiscus, it is rested in once used Catoctin Creek rye barrels inserted with sassafras staves. The particular use of sassafras offers a unique finish to Timber. It is a bright and floral gin with notes of spice and hints of vanilla bean and mint.

Timber Sassafras Finished Gin will be available at the distillery beginning this Saturday, July 1st. Gray Wolf Craft Distilling, located within Lyon Distilling Company, is open daily for tastings and offers tours on Saturdays at 1, 2, 3 and 4pm. Expanded holiday hours will be in affect this weekend with added tours on Sunday and Monday. Wholesale inquiries should be directed to Meghan.
