ANC and Observer-Reporter Find Success in New TV Weekly Magazine

Nearly $200,000 in annual advertising revenue has been generated in the newspaper's new TV Weekly section - exceeding the sales goal by more than 31%. Marie Smith, Executive Director of Sales at ANC, credits the preparation and dedication of the newspaper's leadership and sales staff as a key to the success.

TV Weekly, a 36-page, full color TV magazine insert that includes local TV listings, puzzles, sports, movies and entertainment content, will be distributed to over 25,000 readers as part of Observer-Reporter's Friday newspaper beginning July 7, 2017.

"Our salespeople were hesitant about launching a TV Book. Some of our younger sales reps had never seen or heard of a TV Book" said Matt Miller, Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Observer-Reporter.
