One of the elements of the interview looked at the expected number of employers' within a career. 88% of Marketers anticipated working for five or more organisations before settling down. (research concluded a 72% national average). Interestingly marketers declared themselves 9% more ambitious than the national average, with a whopping 87% reporting themselves as ambitious. Progression is the order of play for 38% of the delegates on average with 44% of marketers striving for advancement in their careers.
