SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, July 21, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A recent study by Mitchell Institute's Counting the Costs of Lost Opportunity Report, it was found that young people who miss out on opportunities to reach their potential struggle to as adults to contribute to society and find success. The report tracked 25-44-year-olds from 2001-2014, with results showing that nearly 90% of men and 82% of women who left school early, never returned to study or training and as adults, still have no qualifications. 18% of early school leavers remained disengaged with education during their adult lives.

The study suggests there are long term factors that can cause a person to leave education and the path that leads to a disengagement from learning begins at an early age, with certain segments of the population being most at risk. Health problems, family disruption and severe bullying can all have impacts on whether a young person completes their education.
Eventit agrees that some people struggle in the classroom environment, however, believe that this doesn't mean that they are less equipped to find new ways of learning and success in the future. The firm offers opportunities to everyone; with no discrimination on academic performance, Eventit has worked with some early school leavers who have gone on to accomplish great success. The company believes that there are more important qualities than exam results and school qualifications; and because of this, less attention is made on academic skills and more is on the right type of attitude and personal characteristics. Plenty of successful business professionals have proven that success can come too, even to early school leavers.
The firm helps people to access learning in a way that works for them through mentoring and collaboration, plus allowing them to be in control of their progression. Eventit offer a unique Business Development Opportunity to people with different types of educational backgrounds and is a true believer that even if a person hasn't done well or even completed school, this by no way means that they can make a success of their life or even learn new skills in their future.
