Sponsors Line Up For One Of A Kind Arts Festival

    FORT WORTH, TX, November 15, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The call went out by Ron Sturgeon, local entrepreneur, for sponsors for his truly unique Art-On-A-Can Arts Festival, benefiting the SPCA of Texas, and the call was answered by some heavy-hitters in the Fort Worth area.

"That's how it is in Texas," Sturgeon explains. "You hold an event which benefits a worthy cause, and it doesn't take long for the business community to sign on. The response has been extraordinary, and I think the public is going to have a fantastic time at the Arts Festival.

Indeed, so far the list of sponsors is impressive. It includes:

The last in that list is worth noting because that is the new Sturgeon business park where the festival will be held, the first, and only, business park in Fort Worth made entirely from shipping containers.

"Think about it," Sturgeon continues. "We are having perhaps the first-even graffiti art festival at the first-ever shipping container business park. It doesn't get much more unique than that. This will be great fun for the whole family, and we're expecting a big crowd."

The festival will include live music, drawings, tours of the business park, an art gallery walk, costume contests, food trucks, and of course, the SPCA adoption vehicle full of furry friends looking for a new home.

"Bring your kids, bring your dogs and bring a willingness to have some fun," Sturgeon concluded.

The Arts Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 17, 2018, Sturgeon wants to make sure everyone knows dogs are welcome. $5 per person, kids under 12 are free, all proceeds will go to SPCA of Texas.
