"All the public is required to do is show up and prepare to have a great time," assures Ron Sturgeon, local real estate investor.
FORT WORTH, TX, December 13, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A truly unique event is being held at a truly unique location, and the public is invited!
Celebrate St. Patty's Day at an arts festival dedicated to street/graffiti art held at the only business park in Fort Worth made entirely from shipping containers, Box Office Warehouse Suites, the newest creation by Ron Sturgeon, local entrepreneur and commercial real estate guru.
The "Wearing of the Green" will be in full effect at this slightly quirky event. Not only because it's a day people wear green, but because Box Office Warehouse Suites is contributing to "going green" with eco-friendly office space and electric car charging stations on site. There will be live music, a local DJ, a costume contest for animals, food trucks, an art walk, local art and crafts vendors; all sponsored by some of the biggest names in the Fort Worth business community. Proceeds from this event are going to SPCA of Texas.
"We want to accomplish a couple things at this Arts Festival," says Sturgeon. "We want to promote the SPCA and the great job they do in helping animals. We want to increase awareness about the modern art form, graffiti art, and we want to introduce small business owners to our one-of-a-kind business park. We think this will be a fun day for all attendees, whether you are Irish or not."
Local sponsors include Dallas Car Storage, Hangman's House of Horrors, Linda Allen State Farm, Blue Mound 287 Self Storage, Salon & Spa Galleria, Container King, Made in Fort Worth, Paddock Place Office Suites, and Box Office Warehouse Suites, a veritable Who's Who of Fort Worth businesses, and of course SPCA of Texas will be front and center with their mobile adoption vehicle full of furry friends looking for a home.
"Bring your dogs to the festival," Sturgeon adds. "Dress them up for the St. Patty's Day costume contest, and for goodness sake wear green yourself. All the public is required to do is show up and prepare to have a great time."
The Arts Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 17, 2018, Sturgeon wants to make sure that everyone knows dogs are welcome. $5 per person, kids under 12 are free, all proceeds go to SPCA of Texas.
