Portland Tango Festival Presents: Bite Size Tango

The Portland Tango Festival, the longest-running US festival dedicated to the authentic social dance and culture of Argentina, has designed a new program "Bite Size Tango" to provide beginners with a gentle introduction to the magic of this passionate and captivating dance.

This event is a perfect way to get a little taste of this amazing dance and get immersed for an evening in our lovely tango community. The Portland Tango community has existed undetected for years. One of the many unexpected activities that make Portland so unique.

The Saturday Grand Ball Package includes an introductory tango class with your partner to learn the basics (no experience necessary), happy hour to socialize with fellow first-time dancers, attendance to the Grand Ball, live music by the Buenos Aires - Cachivache Quintet, and performances by professional Argentine Tango dancers.
