MADISON, MI, September 26, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Wilde East Towne Honda, in partnership with Operation Kidsafe, is hosting their Third Annual Child Safety Days Event on Oct. 7, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The free event not only provides top safety tips and education for parents, but it also includes fun for the entire family--self-defense classes, an airbag deployment demonstration, bouncy houses, giant slides, face painting, an exotic animal show, a magician, great food and more! In addition, all attendees are eligible to win raffle prizes, with free tickets for participants.
"Hosting this educational and fun safety event for our community is a great way for us to show our thanks to everyone who has contributed to our success," said Jorge Hidalgo, Wilde East Towne Honda general manager and principal partner. "We are very excited to welcome first-time guests, and look forward to holding more events that allow us to give back."
At the Third Annual Child Safety Days Event, children have the opportunity to receive a fingerprint and photograph identification kit at no cost. Parents are sent home with the only copy of the "bio documents," which better prepare them in case of an emergency.
As Wisconsin's first Safety Center, Wilde East Towne Honda has the latest Operation Kidsafe digital equipment on-site year-round. Operation Kidsafe does not keep a database or any record of the fingerprints and photographs. The organization provides its services to parents in order to encourage child safety and preventative planning.
