InSource Hires Doug Paradis as Chief Technology Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Paradis will work out of InSource's headquarters in Wayne, PA. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Paradis comes to InSource from regional digital business firm Anexinet, where he served as CTO and Executive Vice President of Delivery.

In addition to his work at Anexinet Corp. leading the corporate strategy and development of market-facing solutions, Mr. Paradis has distinguished and diverse experience delivering business and technology solutions in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, financial services, technology, utility, and government. He previously served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Operations for Strategic Radar, as well as served in senior technology management positions at Virtus Partners, Idea Integration, a division of MPS, Actium, and The General Electric Company. Mr. Paradis holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
