BOSTON, MA, December 08, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Each month, the Delphi Academy of Boston recognizes recognizes students who earn a spot on the Dean's List by celebrating their hard work and academic achievements. We are glad to announce that in September we were able to celebrate 17 students!
In order to join the Dean's list, students must complete all of their homework assignments and daily reading tasks, reached or exceeded their coursework goals, and passed all of their exams with a score of 85% or higher. For fourth and fifth grade students, they must also be 10 days ahead of their academic program goals. Sixth grade students need to be five days ahead, and seventh and eighth grade students must be on track with their academic programs.
Delphi Academy of Boston is happy to be able to boast that faculty and staff work one-on-one with students to provide an exceptional learning experience. Classroom sizes are small to encourage student engagement. Delphi offers a proficiency-based curriculum that offers individualized learning programs for every student. When students complete their current program their understanding of the topic is assessed to ensure that they move forward with a solid foundation. When students show their understanding of the material they are awarded a certificate and a school-wide assembly. At Delphi Academy, time is the variable and learning is the constant.
Delphi Academy of Boston is an independent, coeducational, non-sectarian day school offering a preschool through eighth grade program. Academics focus on providing students with a solid grounding in the basics, a rich and challenging hands-on curriculum and the ability to study purposefully and independently. Children may enroll as early as two years and nine months in the preschool program. To find out more visit http://www.delphiboston.org/.
